Welcome - I’m Emma Berger, a real estate agent with Sibcy Cline Realtors in Hyde Park. I graduated from Saint Ursula Academy before earning my bachelor’s degree in Communications and Marketing from the University of Cincinnati - Go Bearcats!

Outside of real estate, I love traveling, exploring new cuisines, and taking workout classes. I live in Covington, KY, where I enjoy the vibrant community and local coffee shops.

With five years of experience in property management and renovation, I offer a practical, hands-on perspective to real estate in the Cincinnati market. I specialized in historic properties downtown, particularly restoring historic mansions and converting them into well-designed, functional multi-family residences.

My in-depth knowledge of neighborhoods like Over-the-Rhine (OTR), combined with my renovation background, allows me to offer clients more than just market insight. I help them see potential, make informed decisions, and maximize value.
